    Next, you’ll give m access to your email service provider (ESP), and any other useful customer data and research.

    I’ll also send you a briefing questionnaire to fill in.

  • 03. I work on your audit

    There’s nothing for you to do at this stage.

    You can get on with the things you love while I get to work.

    I’ll go through all your data and figure out what’s going wrong. You’ll get your email audit report within two weeks.

    I’ll tell you what’s been going wrong. And you’ll get a list of recommendations to implement.

  • 04. Follow up & questions

    I always follow up an audit with a 45-minute call. That way, you can ask me any questions about the report and my recommendations.

    After the call you’ll be primed and ready to make the next steps and implement the things we discuss.

  • Once you’ve read through the report, we’ll schedule a follow-up call so I can answer any questions.

    The call will happen within two weeks of you receiving the report. So, you can get stuck into making changes without delay.
